With over 25 years of experience in the property management and maintenance industry, Bud Rich is known for his expertise in client relationships and project oversight. Born and raised in Vero Beach, Bud has dedicated his career to caring for absentee homeowners, building lasting connections with clients and contractors alike. A trusted figure on the island, Bud is always the go-to person when clients need reliable support. Outside of work, Bud enjoys fishing, spending time with his wife Cyndi, their 4 children, and 7 grandchildren, and staying connected with friends.
STEVEN RICH
OWNER
With a background in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and experience in project management and property care, Steven Rich brings a strong work ethic and leadership to Island Lifestyle Home Services. His military training instilled attention to detail and professionalism, making him versatile in both hands-on maintenance and client interactions. Born in Melbourne and raised in Sebastian, Steven shares a lifelong dream with his father to start a family business. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife Cassie and their two children.
